Excellent customer service, quick scheduling, accessible for communication and they clearly know what they're doing. We had a tough inspection that required additional work and they were very professional about handling it. Not overly priced like the big companies. I got a panel replaced and they were very neat about it, labeling each breaker vs just scribbling it on.

Great service from BT Solutions on my panel swap and EV charger install. Zach was prompt and efficient. After some bad contractor experiences I was hesitant to tackle this project as electrical work is never cheap but their pricing was fair, the best I found after a lot of research. I’m VERY happy with their work. There was a problem at my electrical panel and I essentially had no electricity. Marcus totally understood the inconvenience and urgency of the situation on the phone.

After working another project all day, he and Dillion came to the house at 6:30 that same night, diagnosed the problem, and got me up and running in 2 hours. (I was still waiting to hear back from Brand X.). Communication wa great as I was kept informed of their ETA. Cost was reasonable and Marcus didn’t sell me a bunch of services I didn’t need.

I called Marcus with BT when I desperately needed someone to come fix some electrical issues I was having in my guest house. He was professional over the phone, told me he would come that same evening to take a look. He promptly showed up, took a look and was very communicative about what he would do to resolve the issue. This guest house has old wiring and Marcus was knowledgeable as well as confident in his ability to repair what I needed. We scheduled for him to come back a few days later to complete, and of course he was right on time and fixed everything he said he would. marcus did professional work for our new home. installed the ev charger, added two outlets and also fixed several electrical issues for our home. We had a weird blinking issue in our bathroom and he solved it in a few minutes.

We had an emergency situation at our house where we lost power entirely and were unable to have it back on until some repair/replacement was done on our meter socket and the service drop. We reached out to BT Solutions at 2 am and received a response back at 6 am. Their crew arrived at our house at 10 am and worked diligently to resolve the issue. The communication was fantastic. They explained the action plan and got to work without wasting any time. They were efficient, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable despite us being in a very desperate situation. We found the crew and the owners to be very trustworthy and highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.
