Excellent customer service, quick scheduling, accessible for communication and they clearly know what they're doing. We had a tough inspection that required additional work and they were very professional about handling it. Not overly priced like the big companies. I got a panel replaced and they were very neat about it, labeling each breaker vs just scribbling it on.

Great service from BT Solutions on my panel swap and EV charger install. Zach was prompt and efficient. After some bad contractor experiences I was hesitant to tackle this project as electrical work is never cheap but their pricing was fair, the best I found after a lot of research. And the results are outstanding. Now I can charge my EV in an hour instead of overnight and have a panel that is up to code. Give them a call for your next project.

I’m VERY happy with their work. There was a problem at my electrical panel and I essentially had no electricity. Marcus totally understood the inconvenience and urgency of the situation on the phone.

After working another project all day, he and Dillion came to the house at 6:30 that same night, diagnosed the problem, and got me up and running in 2 hours. (I was still waiting to hear back from Brand X.). Communication wa great as I was kept informed of their ETA. Cost was reasonable and Marcus didn’t sell me a bunch of services I didn’t need.

Customer service goes a long way for me. Marcus and his team went above and beyond to take care of me. He and Dillion were both personable, courteous, and professional. Clean-up was great. I’d definitely recommend them and will call them again if I have future electrical needs.
